Aurex provides AI receptionist and call answering services for home-service businesses, including answering missed or forwarded calls, capturing caller details, flagging urgent requests, and booking appointments into the client's calendar. Live demos are provided at no cost and with no obligation.
We do not, and cannot, guarantee any specific business result, such as call volume, bookings, or revenue. What we promise is the service itself: the receptionist configured, running, and supported, and honest reporting of the calls it handles.
Monthly services are billed at the rate agreed at signup and continue month to month. You may cancel at any time, and service ends at the close of the period you have paid for. Live demos carry no charge or obligation.
To set up and run the service, you agree to provide reasonable access to what it needs, such as call forwarding from your business line and your booking calendar, and to use the service in line with applicable law and platform policies.
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurex SEO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding month.
